Get to know Jennifer
Jennifer Storey, CMP, is a seasoned Meeting and Event Professional with more than 15 years of Global hospitality and tourism background with major emphasis on Corporate Event Planning and Outbound Incentive Travel.
Jennifer took Bachelor of Science in Commerce in one of the universities in the Philippines but in her heart, she knows that she has a different field of calling.
She started her hospitality career and joined Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) headquarter in Manila, Philippines as part of the pre-opening team for its Priority Club members way back 2000. A couple of years later she accepted the offer to relocate and moved to Dubai and join Crowne Plaza Hotel, another IHG brand.
In 2004, Jennifer shifted career and joined the Destination Management Company industry. She first joined Gulf Circle Tours M.I.C.E. Department and served as Sales and Planning Manager. Her biggest career move was in 2008 when she joined Emirates Airlines Meetings & Events Division where she has served as a Senior Project Manager for several years.
She has worked with clients from industries like Pharma, FMCG, IT, Telecommunication, Retail, Automotive and Heavy Equipment where she personally operated herself Incentive travel for Abbott, Roche, L'Oréal, Avon, Amway, Caterpillar, Michelin, HP, Hyundai, Kellogs and Poltronesofa to name a few.
After years of wide exposure in the tourism M.I.C.E industry, Jennifer, a fearless optimist fueled by passion, big ideas and great enthusiasm set up Event Plus Global in 2014, (www.eventplusglobal.com)
a boutique Destination Management Company along with other industry professionals and incepted its office presence in Dubai, UAE and later on Chicago, USA.
Jennifer also graduated in Hospitality and Tourism Industry Essentials, a prestigious CE program from NYU, New York, USA
Jennifer is a CMP certified, the highest badge of excellence and most widely recognized in Meeting and Event Management industry profession.
She owns a Shiba Inu and has an undying affair with sweets.

As an Event and Meeting Professional with a wealth of knowledge and years of experience in the event industry, Jennifer not only plans but personally operates hundreds of global and International events from proposal to activation.
Jennifer having a great passion for Meetings & Events, also shares her global experience and provides trainings about Event Management, Leadership & Personality Development in some colleges in the Philippines as well as lectures to private corporate entities. She also has handled workshops for Event Management undergrad program at University of Wollongong in Dubai, UAE.
As a seasoned Meeting Planner, Jennifer has planned and facilitated hundreds of corporate meetings and events of different market and demographics with group sizes between 15 and 1500 pax.
